Benny Mardones - INTO THE NIGHT

This is the official video from 1980, I guess. It’s creepy as fuck not because Bennie is into 16 year olds (he’s 34 when the video is shot) but rather because he looks like an effeminate version of Buffalo Bill from Silence of the Lambs. He’s just got a “rode hard, put away wet” look that made Brett Butler a star in the 90’s… That’s why it’s creepy that he’s hitting on a girl… not the fact that she’s barely old enough to drive and her dad plays softball with Bennie.  There are just so many reasons it’s creepy and terrible.

I love this video and song so much.
